This notice describes the XPLead preview-request and contact forms and the interactive website demo.
Preview requests and contact messages
If you submit a request or contact message on the connected website, XPLead receives the name, email address, business details, selected plan, and context you choose to provide. We use it to assess your request, prepare a relevant response, and discuss a potential engagement. It does not enroll you in a marketing newsletter.
The interactive demo
The follow-up studio uses prewritten, fictional scenarios. It does not connect to your email, send messages, or process a real customer database. The pricing calculator runs in your browser.
Keep examples anonymous
Please do not submit customer records, passwords, financial account information, health information, or confidential legal matters. An anonymous description of your business process is enough.
Where requests go
On the live WordPress installation, form submissions are stored in a private administrative area available to authorized site administrators. This website package does not automatically forward form content to an AI provider, CRM, email service, or marketing list.
Technical information
The site uses short-lived form-security tokens and a temporary, keyed hash derived from the request’s network address to limit repeated submissions. The plugin does not store that address in your lead record. Hosting and security providers may keep their own operational logs.
Retention and requests
Preview inquiries and contact messages are scheduled for deletion after 180 days by the intake system; actual cleanup timing depends on the host’s scheduled task, unless an ongoing engagement requires a separate record under its service agreement. You may ask to access, correct, or delete your preview information through the contact form, describing your request. Identity verification may be needed.
Service accounts are separate
A paid engagement will have its own written scope covering connected systems, authorized actions, providers, access, and data handling before customer information is connected.
Local preview copies
If the form is marked as a local preview, nothing you type is submitted or saved by the form. You can explore the layout without starting a request.
