Email follow-up for your existing leads. Meet XPLead

THE PROCESS

From your first inquiry
to a scheduled follow-up.

We write your emails, connect your inquiry source, and configure the follow-up schedule. You approve the messages and decide when your team should take over.

01

Choose the leads to follow up with.

Tell us how inquiries arrive, what customers usually ask, and where follow-up gets difficult. We confirm whether your tools and sales process are a good fit.

02

Approve the emails and timing.

We organize your services, approved answers, tone, escalation rules, and follow-up preferences. Then we create useful content for the questions that keep coming up.

03

We connect and test the setup.

You see example conversations and test the connected process. We agree on what can be sent automatically, what needs approval, and when to hand off to a person.

04

See replies and scheduled follow-ups.

Your workspace shows conversations, scheduled follow-ups, and leads that need your attention. With Launch, your team manages the sequence after handover. With Essentials or Growth, XPLead monitors and maintains the agreed workflows.

THE TIMING IS PERSONAL

Ready now.
Ready later.
Different next steps.

Ready now

“Can we talk this week?”

Offer the approved booking path and alert the team when a personal response is needed.

Waiting on something

“We need our financing first.”

Remember the blocker and ask for a sensible next contact date.

Not right now

“Please check back in three months.”

Honor that request. A new reply or an opt-out changes the plan.

YOU KEEP THE WHEEL

Automation with
clear boundaries.

Pause a contact. Edit a message. Take over a conversation. Your business decides the rules.

Will it sound like a robot?+

We configure the language around your business, using examples and approved answers. You review sample conversations before automatic follow-up is enabled. Questions outside those boundaries go to your team.

Do I have to replace my CRM?+

Not always. We first check your existing tools and the available connections. If your current system can do the job, we may configure it. If you need a simpler workspace, we can provide one. Compatibility is confirmed before payment.

Can it follow up weekly or months from now?+

Yes, the planned workflow can support both. A customer’s stated timing and preferences come first, followed by the rules you approve. The system should ask when timing is unclear, rather than guess a personal milestone.

Does XPLead bring me new leads?+

The standard packages focus on inquiries and customer relationships your business already has. They do not include advertising, purchased contact lists, or guaranteed appointments.

What happens if someone replies or asks to stop?+

The workflow updates when a reply arrives. Opt-outs stop automated outreach, and conversations needing personal judgment are routed to your team. You can also pause or take over a conversation.

What does the monthly price include?+

Your agreed XPLead workspace, standard email automation, monitoring, and the support listed in your plan. Contact and sending allowances are confirmed in your written scope. Existing third-party subscriptions and unusual integrations are quoted separately.

Is this a fully autonomous salesperson?+

Your business sets the boundaries. Routine, approved follow-up can be automated; promises, unusual pricing, sensitive questions, and exceptions need a person. XPLead supports your team’s judgment.

What happens before I pay?+

You see a preview, we confirm your tools and intended process, and you receive a written scope covering deliverables, usage, billing, and cancellation. Submitting the preview form is not a purchase or a subscription.
